2. Non-Refundable Transactions

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • User-initiated errors, such as incorrect recipient details.
  • Completed transactions for goods or services delivered as promised by a merchant.
  • Transactions prohibited by our Terms and Conditions or regulatory policies.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Submit your request within 7 days of the transaction. Provide proof of payment, transaction ID, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  2. Verification: Our team will investigate your claim thoroughly. This may involve contacting the recipient or merchant involved.
  3. Resolution: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive confirmation once the refund is completed.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or Workimu account balance, depending on the transaction type.


5. Additional Notes

  • Refunds may be subject to applicable fees based on our service policies.
  • Refund requests made outside the eligibility period will not be considered.
  • Workimu reserves the right to deny a refund request if fraudulent activity or a violation of our Terms and Conditions is detected.
